On September 28, 2012, thousands of paper lanterns were lit and took flight over the Grand Rapids skyline, representing the hopes, dreams and wishes of our community.

Lights in the Night, was a 2012 ArtPrize entry that lifted up the community through the gathering, lighting and launch of 15,000 of paper sky lanterns. Read about the entry on ArtPrize.org
